1. Project Cancellation Before Work Starts If a client cancels the project before any work has started, a refund may be provided, excluding any payment processing or consultation fees.

2. Project Cancellation After Work Starts Once the editing process has started, the payment becomes partially or fully non-refundable, depending on how much work has already been completed.

3. No Refund After Final Delivery Once the final edited video has been delivered, no refund will be issued. This is because video editing is a digital service and the work has already been completed and shared.

4. Revisions Instead of Refunds If you are not satisfied with the first delivery, we encourage you to request revisions based on the agreed project scope. We will do our best to make reasonable changes and ensure the final result matches the original requirements.

5. Refunds Are Not Applicable In These Cases Refunds will not be provided for: Change of mind after the project has started Delay caused by late file submission or delayed feedback from the client Requests outside the original agreed scope Projects approved by the client during any stage of production Rush or urgent orders once work has started

6. Partial Refund A partial refund may only be considered if: The project is canceled early A major issue occurs from our side and we are unable to complete the service In such cases, the refund amount will depend on the amount of work completed.

7. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing all necessary files, instructions, brand assets, and references before the work begins. Delays caused by missing materials or unclear instructions do not qualify for refunds.

8. Processing Time If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method.
